    Friday, April 04, 2025 took my Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd to the shop listed. Along with the truck I took all the parts for the front-end (ball joints,steering stabilizer shock, ****** arm) Also I took brand new wheels and new tires along with new lug nuts. The shop was to install the front-end parts, mount and balance new wheels and tires and do a front-end alignment. And place old wheels and lug nuts in bed of truck. Picked the truck up around 5 hours later and the bill was $841 .00. Once we got home the lug nuts from the old wheels were not with the old wheels. The new wheels were packaged and boxed when I delivered them to the shop and in big bold letters it says to do a fitment test before mounting tires because once the tires are mounted you own the wheels and can not be returned. The shop failed to do this and just mounted all four tires on the new wheels without doing a fitment test. So now I am out $1600.00 on the wheels and the shop will not do anything to make this right. On Monday the truck had to be sent back to the shop because of the front-end pulling while driving it.
