    In April 2023, I had my car towed through *************** because of an electrical issue. I provided a fuse box that did not fit the car, but had the fuses that would work for the car and asked for a tuneup. Without my consent or my knowledge, the owner of the garage took the fuse box that I bought and made it to fit my car and said he had it running. I paid the amount that I owed, and went to retrieve the car. I took the car around the corner to the gas station and filled it up with gas and when I try to start the car, it would not start. And then came back and tried to start with no avail and said he would bring the car back to his shop and fix it for free. Some Time had passed and I received a call saying he could not fix the problem, but he could provide me with a wiring diagram to try to fix it myself. This would have been in August 2023. I spoke to the gentleman there at the time in the **** Who I had most of the contact with when it came to picking up my vehicle. I told him that I would have to find someone with a truck and trailer to tow it to my house and that I would let him know when I could come get it. He told me to take my time and there is no hurry.I contacted the towing company, which is also owned by ***** and asked them if they could tow my car back in March. The tow truck driver happened to be the one that picked my car up the previous year said that the man in the *** told him he parked the car by a green dumpster and left the keys in it and I said I was coming to get it. He also said the car was no longer there, and he assumed that I had picked it up. I made several calls and left several text that I can show inquiring as to whether my car was still there which I had no reply. Long story short I have my car back, but it is unsalvageable at this point due to negligence. I have evidentiary support, including pictures and a statement from **** saying the car is unsalvageable.

    ************ who is the lieutenant at the **********************. She came to my house and got my vehicle and took it to a shop of people that she knew called The Transmission Doctors. They were supposed to repair my transmission and let me know when they finished. They had my car ever since June 14th I didn't get it back until August 17th. When I got the car back it drove okay for about a week and then the transmission would not change out of gear, it's like it's stuck in gear. I contacted them at least 10 times or more and they're just ignoring my phone calls and won't return any phone calls either. The transmission was paid for by a non profit organization that ************ is the founder of and the transmission has a warranty on it but they won't honor the warranty and it causing my car get worser.

    Highlighted in Bold on the bottom of the invoice states "Towing" is Not covered on the Warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: the owner (*****) of this transmission company is lying to y'all about this situation.  I've been contacting them day in and day out and all they do is ask me for my name and my phone number. They've been had my address and was gonna come and get my vehicle but ***** (the owner) says that they were afraid to come to ****** and now all of a sudden they claimed that towing the vehicle isn't included in the warranty (which is ironic). It's even displayed on their website also.  I have all our phone calls recorded so from this point on I will start a civil case with the courts  because my transmission was serviced at that shop and when I got the car back it still had transmission problems and  they wouldn't honor the warranty.
