      Dispatched a load on central thru them cost $50 dollars.an issue arose on the pick up points end making friday pick up not possible. they swore and promised it be picked up first thing monday.. and no show, alot of excuses. limited to no response or communication, then swore it be pixked up tuesday , blamed that failure on driver they hired. told them i had zero confidence in their ability to complete the job and *************'s swears throws twmpur tantrum. i reposted the ad at a cost of another $50 to me and canceled their service. I want my original $50 refunded

      5-2-2024  ************ of BBB spoke with the owner, ******************************* regarding this complaint.  ******************** said the consumer did not pay any money ($50.00) to schedule the transport. The company did go on Friday to pick up but the consumer was not ready so they had to reschedule a date. The second attempt to pick up was cancelled due to mechanical failures. 

      ******************** does not offer to refund any money since her company was never paid any money.

      I needed transport of a vehicle from ***** to NY. I was connected with G and G Transport. I needed the car by Friday (01/12) or Saturday (01/13). ***** from G and G guaranteed the car would be there. The the car was picked up he asked for a $150 dollar deposit. I asked for pictures of the car on the truck. The pictures took two days. On Friday I asked the shipper the **** He said Monday (01/15) or Tuesday (01/16), already breaching the contract. I work in law enforcement and had to take the days off for delivery. I was then called on Sunday (01/15) and was told the car was going back to the dealer due to "truck problems". They claimed they made it less than 200 miles. **** would've been by Wednesday (01/10). I had to hire a new shipper at a higher rate due to urgency. The dealer wanted storage fees to take the car back, plus they didn't want the liability. I asked for a refund of my $150 !and was hung up on. They refuse to answer me now.

      Business claims they refunded the money. Nothing in my account yet but I will keep checking. If anything arrives I will update you immediately.

      2-27-2024 ************ with BBB called and spoke with *****. He said they did have mechanical problems with the truck that was being used. A refund for the deposit was given on Jan 16, 2024.

      Please advise BBB if this is not correct.
