    I approved a 3D model of the cabinets. First time they were delivered, cabinet color was wrong, corners by the sink were not both lazy susan's, there wasn't a cabinet above the microwave, and the top and bottom was 6 inches off where it met the refrigerator. Second time cabinets were delivered color was correct, he charged my contractor **** ****** over $2000 to paint them when it was the cabinet man's mess up. There is cabinet above the dishwasher but the it's still uneven and the lazy Susan by the sink never got fixed because they said they didn't have enough room. I approved for two lazy Susan's. Still waiting for them to fix the uneven wall by the refrigerator. The whole time horrible communication. I cannot get ahold of them. My mom can on few occasions they keep saying next week....next week. They know this is holding me up from finishing my house. It's been going on for almost a year. I want them fixed or all my money back so I can go with another cabinet company.

    The home owner had change the color from green to all white due to a flooring issue. I was not told different till a couple weeks after install. The cabinets were and still are completely level. The $2000 charge agreed by both builder and contractor. The builder went to remover the cabinets that the home owner agreed to. As we entered the home the home owner even talk to us thru her door cam. This is where she ask if we we're removing the upper cabinets and I told her yes. Ask her to make sure that the cabinets on each side of the microwave are supposed to be the same, she said yes. We repainted the cabinets that she wanted white. Rebuilt the uppers. Now she has changed her mind again and wants them built different.

    I am rejecting this response because as you can see with the 3D model to what I have it's not what I agreed on. The cabinets are not even. I do have a Lazy Susan on each side of the sink. I never said white for the bottoms. I had to speak to him through the ring camera because he does not answer my calls. I want them fixed or a refund.
