Not real sure where I'm going with this post and if it will get to those who need to see and read it!!! On June 12, 2024, I sent my beautiful 1973 Camaro to a local business here in ***********, ******* to have the wiring harness replaced. Before I went to the hospital for major surgery. On July 31, 2024, I got my car back in pieces! After being bedbound for 2 months. While I laid in bed with an open surgical wound they tore the interior apart from the front fire wall to the back of the back seat. Said they lost the trunk key and couldn't finish the job without it and refused to have or let a locksmith make a key!!! Ask a local lawyer to file a claim for me and he said, "for 6 months of your ss income plus expense I may be able to help." I say shame, shame, shame!!! I'm sure these local businesses didn't know they had and were attempting to take advantage of a handicapped family of 3, but I'm very sure they don't care. The old saying buyer beware is alive, well and at work in ***********, *******!!!!!!!

On Wednesday, April 5th, I had an appointment with this company to get a diagnostic done to determine what was wrong with my vehicle's headlamps. They charged me $85 and told me that the headlamps i had were no good and I needed to purchase new ones. I then bought some replacements on Amazon and scheduled a later date with them to get them installed, as that is what their diagnostic told me. Today, April 12th, I had my appointment and I told them to install them along with the LEDs that were already installed on the old unit and save the box, because I need it to return the defective product. I left my car with them so they could work on it. When I returned later, they said that the problem wasn't the old headlamp, but with the factory wires. So that tells me that they lied about the diagnostic done a week prior, and led me to spend way more money on a product I didn't need. They also did NOT install the LEDs and I told them I asked for the LEDs to be transferred. They did it, but charged me again for the labor, even though they didn't follow the instructions the first time. They also didn't ensure that the new headlamps work, as my turn signal still does not operate. And on top of all of that, they threw the box away I specifically told them I needed to keep. I have spent almost $1000 more than I needed to, just because they chose to either lie to me, or didn't do their job that they advertised.
