    INSURANCE AGENCY DID NOT WRITE POLICY PROPERLY . Policy was missing important information. Claim was declined by ****************** with license #****** which is also involved has not been responding about the denying of the case and is not providing information of why . Balcazar agency declared that person driving at the moment of the accident was not on the policy but does nit have a exclusion. This insurance is misleading Hispanic customers offering invalid insurance coverage as fore say . I am in debt with $13,173 with lienholder which I am hold liable for since insurance decline claim.

    Ms. ****** called in to issue an insurance policy over the phone. She was going to include her son and after we gave her the price, she said she would be the only driver. We explained that she is the only listed driver and if anyone else is a frequent driver, they are required to be included on the policy. She stated that she understood and would not let her son drive until she can afford to add him. She also explained that her son does not live with her and would not have access to the vehicle. Her daughter in law had an accident in the vehicle within less than 30 days after opening the policy. After ******** investigated the claim, it was discovered that in fact ******************************* was not the main driver and her son and daughter in law had obtained the vehicle under ******'s name. I explained multiple times that since they had misrepresented information and had signed an application that states that only included drivers are covered, ******** has denied the claim. We take pride in the work that we do. We explain every policy thoroughly because we realize a lot of our hispanic community does not understand the applications in English. However, when a client is not honest, there are consequences. ****************** has this debt due to misrepresentation on her personal auto policy.
