    We were not home when they came out to treat our home for termites. We have colored concrete driveway and a colored patio that we specifically told the owner that we did not want touched because it would ruin the coloring. We pulled the house security system up while they were there and the employees were drilling into the concrete. When we called about it, the owner promised to make it right and have a concrete company come out to match the coloring. So far, the owner has been elusive and has not made true on his promises. It has been almost a year since this happened and the issue is not resolved. He initially told us the weather was not good enough to work on concrete, but now it is summer so there is no excuse. Would not recommend this company due to poor customer service. Ended up costing us more money to correct the issue and time that we do not have.
