    A Lien was slapped on our home while claim was in insurance hands! Roto Rooter could not provide documentation for things they were filing out. They way over filed so of course insurance was not going to pay unless documented. There was a hot water leak under our home which resulted in mold so bottom floors had to be ripped out. However, what they did put back down had to be redone in spots by another flooring company. They finally made an agreement with insurance and paid half the amount they stated was left to pay, which they had at like $40k they came down to $17k and stated once insurance paid them they would release lien and they did not. Several times I pulled into my home to check on progress and would find them outside smoking or laying down in the company van. I had to physically go to the office and demand lien release papers. They are smooth talkers and will deny all of this but I have emails and documents to prove. My Insurance said they were the worst company they had ever had to deal with! I wouldn't even be bothering with this, but don't slap liens on my home when its all your fault!! Save yourself this massive hassle and use someone reliable.
