    I had rented some things thru best way in *********** ** my payment was due on the 23 this is my second payment I had a emergency work trip I had to leave that following wednesday before it was due I contacted the store and told them I would be making my payment when I came back in town nothing was said I then started getting text messages from a Guy name *** telling me their is no grace ****** which is a lie and then proceeds to tell me to make a payment before 12 noon today 3-26-2024 or return the items which again I am out of town I feel that they are harassing me and threatening me it's ridiculous

    Hello, Ms. *********** I am sorry to hear about your concern with Bestway.  However, I would like to state a couple of things that are in our policy along with listed on the rental agreement that was signed by you.  Bestway does not have any ***** ******s on receiving payments.  All payments are due on or before their due dates no matter what.  Also, we must have an active card on file when autopay is setup, and in this case when trying to run your card on file on its due date, the store couldn't run your card. 

     After further review and discussing your account with ******** the Store Manager, it is agreed upon the merchandise will be returned this upcoming Monday 4/8.  I am sorry about the misunderstanding on the agreement; however it is company policy to follow our policies and procedures with no ***** ****** being given.

    I am rejecting this response because: My son was eat up with bed bugs from the sectional we got from y'all I literally had to move everything out of my house due to it I had informed the store of this the week before last I want to keep everything but the couch! I did remove my card from the account due to that
