    We contracted with Alexander City Glass, seven years ago to put four large windows in the front of our lake Martin ****** Within the first year we had one of those double pane windows fog. At that time we contacted ********* Glass and they said we will put it back in under warranty.. At that time we explain to them its no hurry and they can replace it at their convenience when youre in our area on the lake just give us a call and well schedule the replacement. Flash forward seven years promise after promise after promise date after date after date NO SHOW! so in the last month or two I contacted the Alexander City Glass and said look if you come replace the one panel on the warranty, I will pay you to replace the other three which have since failed and were out of warranty. Supposedly they ordered our new windows and the replacement window for warranty. Nobody ever called us and let us know they were in. We can continually hounded them to give us a date. When were they gonna be in etc. Flash Forward another couple of weeks, and I personally drove to Alexander City and went into their office and was finally promised a date to install all four windows. And guess what they didnt show up on that date yet again. Now when I try to contact him its apparent that my cell phone number has been blocked. My recommendation to anybody that wants to do business with Alexander City Glass to please go somewhere else. If anybody that works with the Better Business Bureau knows these people and thinks theyre better than the experience I am having please let them know and ask them to contact me. They have had my cell phone number for eight years if they want to correct the problem .

    Thank you for the follow up. I have been in contact with Alexander City Glass. The owner himself arrived at my home yesterday with a full crew and installed my windows. ****** (owner) was polite and professional and made sure I had his cell phone number if we had any more needs.

    So far so good now!
