  BEWARE!!! They are a con and a rip off company. My husband and I broke down in Evergreen Al. on 6/22/24. We googled towing service close to us. This was one of the listings, Shannon Bryants Auto Body and Towing IN ********* AL. the directions show 8 miles from our location on Interstate. In fact on ****** maps in showed an address....*******************. When the wrecker drive finally showed up, he hooked up to our truck. A friend had come to pick us upend we followed him. He took our truck NOT TO THE LOCATION ON THE *** but over 35 miles in the other direction to 1763 **************************** AL. we couldn't believe it. We were basically in their hands now.....So we asked them to fix the truck because it had overheated. My husband knows little bit about vehicles so he showed the wrecker driver how the tensioner pulley broke and spewed all the water out of the radiator. The next day when we went to pick up the truck, we paid 761.18.BREAK DOWN OF BILL: $225.00 Call out fee $75.00 Hook up fee $240.00 Mileage $41.98 Part $175.00 Labor Before we left my husband opened the hood and there was no water in the radiator. So we filled it up and cranked the truck, water was spewing everywhere. The mechanic came out and said he didn't know to put water in the radiator. we were so upset but it was very clear they are a SCAM, CON, and should be investigated.

  DO NOT SUPPORT ANY OF SHANNON BRYANTS BUSSINESS! CON ARTIST if I ever saw one. Talks a big game as most con artists do and will rob you blind. NEVER EVER take a check from him it will not be good I PROMISE and have RECEIPTS to prove it. One thing about it though, what goes up most come down. When it all catches up to him I hope his prison years is the same amount of dollars that he has screwed people out of.

  I was in a car accident with company van and I thought letting this company fix my vehicle was a good idea turns out it wasnt my car been in the shop over the amount of time they said it would be done every time I call I get no type of information I even have my car lenders trying to reach out and still no information is given they even try going up there to see about my vehicle but no thing is been said other then my vehicle will be ready on this date or that date but when I call for a update on the date they give me Im either not getting a answer, giving very rude customer service or they have to do this and that

  He's the worst person I've met in a long time. A straight up rip off He lied to me about what he was charging me to tow my truck and then more than doubled the fee

  Scum of the earth! I called them to change a flat on the side of the interstate. They said it would be $250 and needed credit card upfront and they would be there in under 1 hour. I paid without hesitation. Over 2 hours later, they still had not come and I finally changed the tire myself. They will not answer the phone now and I'm out $250 for a no call no show scammer! Avoid at all costs!

  This is in reference to the **** ****** Armada, that Shannon ****** STOLEN from a out of town person that used ****** Paint and Body/Towing in ********* *******.Shannon ****** PAINTED the **** ****** Armada a DIFFERENT COLOR and gave it to his disabled mother (she hasn't drove in over 10 years) and stepdad (they had absolutely no idea what Shannon ****** had done). They had the vehicle tagged with a handicap tag and title changed to their names. Now, Shannon ******** mother passed away December 20, 2022 (questionable death by some). Now, Shannon ****** has STOLEN the **** ****** Armada (again) from his Stepdad along with a Chevrolet Malibu! Shannon ****** is a very MEAN, MONEY HUNGRY, UNDERHANDED, CROOKED CON ARTIST! Please whatever YOU have to do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHANNON ************************* TOWING ****** PAINT AND BODY
