      0 stars in reality. I engaged them the end of October. In late December I pared down the work they had told me needed doing (for an inflated quote, I thought) to two things, repair the major leak and make sure both toilets were operational. Supposedly **** did do several other things that I had not hired them to do and said he had spent 12 hours at my house! I received a bill for 13 hours of labor plus parts. When I refused to pay that much ***** came to our property the day we arrived and along with a lot of other unpleasantness he threatened to put a lien on us. We did settle for two thirds of the original price. When we got the water turned on a little later one toilet ran continually and the other flushes only if you hold down the handle, and it is not secured firmly to the floor. I reached out to them several times and didn't even get the courtesy of a rude reply. ****************

      ***************, ask ***** to get her a list of work that needed to be done. When ***** supplied her with the list *************** told him to do the repairs. When it was time to settle up. She decided that she didn't want all of the repairs done. She had every intention on beating him out of the money. ***************, has not tried to contact ** at any point after ***** left her property. . She got all the work done at a guarter of what the bill was.

      Nightmare! Do not use this company. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Not only did they completely rip me off by charging me $*** for a hot water heater that I could have gotten from the local electric company for only $***, something I know for a fact a local plumber who was born and raised in this county was well aware was an option, but on top of that, the work that they completed was inadequate if not completely fraudulent. He put a SINK basket strainer in my bathtub and then caulked the SINK basket strainer to the bath's p-trap since they obviously weren't made to connect. This of course came apart almost immediately and I had water pouring out under my house. He was also tasked with replacing a leaking shower arm in the same shower which he replaced but decided to keep the current incorrect part to attach it to which had no screw holes to attach the shower arm to any surface inside the wall which left me with a shower arm that was literally attached to nothing, jiggly and loose inside/outside the wall. The appropriate installation would be to install a board inside the wall, use the correct attachment for the shower arm which has holes to screw the shower arm to the board so it would be firmly attached inside the wall. He also was completely incapable of doing the most basic repair to a toilet. When I contacted them and asked them to do something to make this right not only did they refuse to come out to the house and view the situation he acted like a complete psychopath, threatening my follow-up contractor, yelling/screaming, calling me crazy, completely unprofessional behavior. They have refused to return my money to date despite the fact that I have had to pay someone else to redo the repairs that they did not do appropriately. I'm going to have to sue them in court. Do not use this company. They are providing lazy, inadequate work and completely taking advantage of people. Dishonest and cr****d is how I would describe this company. Hire anybody else.
