      I got the car about 5 months ago and when purchased noticed the front passenger rim was scratched bad and recently already had to put new tires on the vechicle bc it was a used car spent 900$ to find out two out of my four rims are whooped and they say its not bad enough to worry about I didnt do it and they wont replace them although my car is under warranty there is no way I should have to already come out of new tires and new tires and I havent even had the vehicle all of 6 months

      I spoke with our service manager, ***************. He stated the customer must have hit something on the right side of the vehicle because the damage was not on the vehicle when it was sold. We can present pictures if needed.

      My mother n law was in the market for a car so we headed to the dealership to look at a Honda crv. She liked the model they had in stock and after agreeing apon terms we headed back to do the paperwork with the finance manager. He was pushing the extended warranty very aggressively and we had discussed that the price was too much and if you wanted to sell it lower it to comparable companies rates and we would consider excepting the terms. After I told him this he became irritated and aggressive towards me and my mother n law. To be honest if she wasn't there we would have been into a fight over his mouthy disrespectful language he had displayed. I turned the other cheek and we finished with the paperwork without anymore disputes. This finance manager needs to be fired for the way he treats customers and his lack of respect.

      We regret Mr. S*******r perceives he and his mother-in-law had a negative experience with one of our finance managers. We have never received a customer complaint regarding this employee, in fact, the opposite.  Mr. S*******r returned this morning (8/8/22) to contact Honda Finance in efforts of getting a lower rate so his mother-in-law could purchase the extended warranty.  Mr. Sc******r was successful in his negotiations with Honda Finance and states his mother-in-law will be purchasing the extended warranty.  Mr. S*******r has not made a complaint to us regarding his mother-in-law's transactions or treatment by any of our staff.
