    I dealt with him several yrs. ago and was happy with his work , so in April I contacted him for a new door on my garage with remote control retractor. Instead of coming to my house to check out the job, he asked for the size of the door. I gave him the size of the door and asked for the new door and have it and the remote installed. On 4/16/24 two men came to install the door, after they removed the old door and installed the new one, they explained that they couldn't install the remote because the ceiling was too low. I paid them $1020.00 for the same thing that I had before. Bill Smith should have got off his dead a** and checked the job out himself and saved me $1020. Also, there wasn't any handles on the door so I had to palm up the door by hand. It took them nine weeks to put "ONE: cheap handle on the inside. Also they never called to make an appointment for the installation creating a time problem for me. I am sorry that I call them for the job, but I will NEVER call them again.
