They say they give free estimates. They did--BUT! After estimate to replace tub fixtures(I even had side access panel removed for them to inspect.) I purchased the correct Manufacturer parts. Estimate to replace was 150 to 200. After about an Hour of labor--my bill was almost 400. The most insulting of all was it was one of the owners that did the install and he went to work van and sent bill back by his assistance. This showed me he was ashamed and intentionally inflated the price because of ************ and neighborhood!!!! Very Unprofessional!!

We were called out for an estimate. Customer did remove the access panel at the tub for me to look at the tub (Very little access).Told the customer that it would PROBABLY be a couple of hours. Estimates can be less or more depending on the hours'.
The faucet provided by the customer didn't have the hand held shower head with it. Existing faucet had one. Had to send the helper to the supply house that was one hour round trip for part to correct.
Customer also wanted us to remove our boots every time we came in. This is fine and not a problem to do. This does add time putting on boots and taking off boots. Going back and forth to the truck for tools or additional supplies.
We try to accommodate our customers in every way possible. However, it can add extra time to the bill.
As to where he lives and his house it has nothing to do with his bill. It is an hourly job not anything else.

The lack of professionalism and and work ethics is astounding. America home aheild sent them to find a leak at my house. They came out and did not look at anything they were asked to check and then blatantly lied about their repairs. They did not contact ahs and give them any kind of report I am still with out water now going on 7 days. I called america home sheild to see what was going on seeing as mikes would not return my calls their office manager is a liar and rude she would not even talk with ahs and hung up on them. She will not answer the phone or return calls and refuses to send a technician back to my house to complete the job. Total lack of professionalism I would not recommend anyone use this business.Mike's Plumbing & Electric, LLC

This work order was cancelled through American home shield, due to hazardous, unsafe conditions and paraphernalia in home. we strive to satisfy our customers and keep our employees safe and in a safe working environment.
