I searched the internet for a reputable shop to get my Jeep (2018 JLUR w/~20k miles) ready for a trip across the ** via the Trans-America Trail. After reading reviews I was led to believe this was the areas premiere shop, in which they advertised. I purchased ***************************** mounting plate and paid for the installation of a Lift Kit, Front and Rear ***** drive shafts, Wheels and Tires and to perform an alignment. None of which was installed correctly the first time, requiring multiple trips for issue remediation, with some issues still left unresolved. Details below. After picking up my Jeep I found none of the **** sensors were working and the ***** front drive shaft was not installed, after driving the Jeep I found that it dangerously followed the crown of the road, so much so that speeds greater than 60mph are simply too dangerous. While washing the Jeep the following morning, I found suspension components that were never tightened or torqued, this lead to me spending hours validating the installation of this premiere shop only to find Upper and Lower Control Arms installed incorrectly, Track Bars installed incorrectly, rear sway bar links installed with grease fittings inaccessible, the rear brake lines and emergency brake lines, along with the electronic locker wiring, and front axle breather hose not being routed per the Rock Krawler Installation Manual. After identifying this and escalating to Outlaw Offroad, I took the Jeep back in to have these issues resolved. After getting the jeep back the second time I found the rear brake lines routed in such a way I began to question malicious intent. Whether it was a novice or malicious install, I have lost the trust needed to let them perform anymore work on my vehicle. For clarity and transparency this is a link to the ****** share-drive with pictures, videos and email communication; ************************************************************************************
