I dropped off my boat at The Boat House on )6-21-23 to have my *********************** repaired. I also had them service my boat engine. I called 3 to 4 times a week and for 11 plus weeks and was given gave excuses for why my trolling motor could not be repaired. I finally advised to buy a new one and install it. I was finally able to pick my boat up on 08-07-23. Upon getting my boat home and putting it in the pole bar a overwhelming putrid **** was emitting from the boat. I also noticed a large amount of water pouring out the drain hole. The boat was left outside uncovered in 90 degree plus weather and rained on for 7 weeks in which mold grew and caused the odor and was all over one seat that was folded down. It too 2 days and two gallons of carpet cleaner to clean the carpets as well as baking soda and vinegar to get the mold off the seats. It took 5 days for my boat to finally dry out. On 09-12-23 I once again called and was advised that ***** doesn't work there anymore, and they had to call MINNKOTA as they had no idea what to do with my trolling motor. I advised them on 09-12-23 and 09-14-23 I would be picking my trolling motor up. I picked up my trolling motor an ****** advised they had the part in. How were they going to repair my trolling motor since ***** is gone, never outsourced the job I asked for refund for trashing my boat, not repairing my trolling motor and giving it back to me in pieces after I told the ion 09-12-23 and 09-14-23 I would be picking it up. ****** said they don't give refunds. I made trips at approximately 62 miles one way for a total of 372 miles on those 3 trips and never would have taken my boat to them had I known they were that incompetent. This business needs to be held accountable and need to reimburse my gas used since my truck getas about 12 miles to the gallon, two gallons of carpet cleaner and wasting 3 months of my time
