We had a custom home built by a builder who contracted fence work to Athens fence Co. Athens fence company then contracted work out to others. Yet they refused to warranty the work of the others they contracted work too. Im 62, this evening when the wind blew in we had three sections come completely apart. My husband had foot surgery but together we stood in the rain putting fence together the best we could. We have 5 dogs in which would have to be walked. One that broke my leg in October. I called a while back and no one returned my call. I am at point of hiring someone to repair their crappy fence. When I do pictures will be posted on ******** and on Athens fence company reviews!

*****************, the fence you are referring to at your home was installed September of 2020. Athens Fence does indeed warranty the workmanship for 1 year. After 1 year, any repairs that need to be made to the fence are required an estimate to be completed. We spoke to your husband in March 2023 after STORM DAMAGE occurred to your fence. He was told at that time that our salesmen were up to 3 weeks out just to get an estimate. This is not our usual wait time, but due to the abundance of storm damage calls we have received, unfortunately this is where we are. Your husband also received an estimate for cost of repair over the phone from our salesman ******. He did not approve of the cost or the wait time he was given. I apologize you are being inconvenienced due to the fence damage caused by the recent storms, however you must realize you are not the only one. Hopefully you can find another company that can get to you faster for the repair.
