I would like to upgrade my review of this company after voicing a complaint which was addressed by the owners and resolved equitably. It is great to be heard and considered with genuine concern for customer service and customer retention! As a new customer to this business, I can only say I get how their ratings of a 5 out 5 was achieved and look forward to doing business with them in the future. ************

These folks are the best! I've used them several times in the past few years, and each time, they are unfailingly easy to reach, have come out the same day, done the work quickly, and thoroughly with very reasonable pricing! Thanks to Bobby Terry Company, my family was warm and toasty over the thanksgiving holidays. They sent a technician out the day before thanksgiving to repair my heat pump. They installed my unit and stand behind their work! I will certainly call them for future repairs!Bobby Terry Company, Inc.
