    We had new siding and gutters installed appx March-April 2023. Since then the gutters have been overflowing and causing issues. Ridgeline has been contacted multiple times about resolution and they refuse to return calls or follow up.

    ************** did contact a Ridgeline Project Manager in December to express concerns over his gutters. It was explained to him that he could upgrade to a larger gutter if he felt that the size originally chosen was not sufficient. It was further explained that there are some homeowner maintenance and upkeep that is the responsibility of the homeowner, like routinely cleaning debris out of gutters to ensure proper function (which in a heavily treed area like his is important). The homeowner had elected to have leaf guards installed originally. However, they do not void homeowner from needing to check them for debris. Additionally, gutters are designed to function with a normal to heavy rain events. When areal and flash floods are indicated, they can overflow. These events are not the norm, however, North ******* does experience them periodically similar to that of which we experienced on Monday, Feb 12th which we surmise is the event that prompted this claim. At the time of the call in December, no other complaint or concerns were posed other than gutter overflow. Our office has not been contacted either so we disagree with the notion of multiple attempts to contact and refusal to meet. However, a Ridgeline manager is going to further investigate this customer's concerns and we hope to come up with a satisfactory resolution though it may just be homeowner education.
