    In November 2024 I had my roof replaced by Yellow Hammer Roofing. ****** ******* was my salesman. He really impressed me with all the help he gave me during the process. He kept me up to date, explained everything to me when I had a questions. The roofers were on time, neat, cleaning up any debris and were cordial. After the tornado the other day ****** even texted me to find out if everything was okay here and my roof managed to survive. I recommend YellowHammer Roofing and ****** ******* a 5 star company.

    *********************** did a stellar job taking care of all my needs and was with me every step of the way from start to finish with my insurance, especially when USAA originally only decided to pay for 65% of the roof and then agreed to pay full replacement. Crew was quick and efficient and cleanup was great!

    My wife and I both are excited about our experience with Yellow Hammer Roofing, **** While we were out of the area a storm passed through. We surveyed our yard and didn't find any shingles, nor did we see any missing from our view on the ground, nevertheless, we had an uneasy feeling about the roof due to the recent high winds. My wife made an inquiry online for a roofing contractor to assist us in our concerns. We almost immediately received a response from Yellow Hammer representative *******************. He made arrangements to meet with us, inspected our roof, and in fact found sufficient damage to require complete replacement. *****'s knowledge and previous experience with roofing matters made our experience one of relief and confidence in what was to follow. He helped us to initiate an insurance claim for approval making the entire process almost effortless. He was thorough in his explanations of what we could expect between the coordinative efforts of our insurance providers and Yellow Hammer's commitment to provide an expedient and professional roof replacement. Roofing samples were provided with additional recommendations of materials for our consideration should we choose to improve our roof composition. ***** became a true friend through the process from start to finish. Everything he told us in the beginning came to pass just as he said. He came to our home numerous times just to reassure us of the process taking place. The materials arrived expediently and were professionally installed. I was amazed to see the harmonious professionalism of the crew and their attention to detail. The crew departed upon completion without one scrap of material left behind. We were excited to see our new roof with the changes and colors we requested in place. It was a stress free experience with *******************, his expertise and integrity, and the same with Yellowhammer. A good experience that could have otherwise been a very intimidating situation.Thank You!!!*****************
