    Back in may I got a mini storage from A-1 mini storage for$51. Applied to my credit card. After seeing that the unit had spiders and bugs an no floor we decided to cancel. That was done within the hour of getting it. I yet havent received my refund and I get emails stating I owe $50. O have contacted them numerous time. And not yet have they solved the issue. I told them I was gonna contact the bbb and still nothing. Please help

    We have a ***************************** providing all phone and email communication concerning A1 Storage.  ************ handled everything regarding **************** attempt to secure a unit in May.  On July 11th, during a review of the call activity processed by the ******************* I noticed that ************ had been promised a refund.  As the bookkeeper for the facility, I knew that no refund had come through our bank account and researched further, finding out that the refund had NOT been processed by the Management Company.  They checked their records and blamed the oversight on a series of miscommunications.  I personally processed **************** refund on July 12th (receipt attached).  We sincerely apologize for the oversight that kept ************ from receiving a timely refund.
