    About 8 months ago I was in a fender bender and the insurance company (****) said that we had to use a company that was in their network. They chose Ray's Collision. We had to wait about a month for an appointment to get the car fixed. They fixed the dent,and painted the back door, the back driver side, and the top strip above the back door. They told me they had to paint so much because it was an older car and my paint was a little faded. I pointed out that the paint looked off and the guy said because it had a clear coat on it and it was new paint. He said after a wash or so it would blend in. It was cloudy that morning, so I said okay and went home. When I got home, it was sunny and I could clearly see that the paint was a different color. I called them back and they said bring it back in. After I arrived, I went in and the owner came out and looked at my car. She took one look and said that it clearly was not the same color. She then went to the shop and brought her entire team out to look at it. After some discussion, she told me that she would fix it when she got a loner car in. I have contacted them several times and no one has gotten back to fix their mistake.

Since we have spoken on the phone last week, I believe we are on our way to getting you taken care of. We are now waiting on you to let us know when you are available to drop off your vehicle.
