      I have asked multiple times for a refund for items that were not delivered to me that I purchased. The owner constantly reads messages and ignores them. I was also a vendor at one point and she refused to let me retrieve my items. I will be filing criminal charges.

      ******* ***2023 I purchased a ******* *** from I’m That Mom. I received my cup in the mail and the lid was broken. I have emailed a picture of the broken lid and still no response. I paid $50.25 for this cup. I either want my cup fixed or my money back! This is the 3rd problem I have had with this company!

      I've ordered from this company multiple times and never had a problem. However, I've ordered several outfits and yet to receive them and its been so long now that they will no longer fit my customers children. I've reached out but have yet to hear back. Its $90 dollars and 3 outfits.

      I purchased a **** **** overall set on the ****** ** ********** ***** I waited for the package to arrive and I never received it. I emailed the address provided on the Shop app and never received a response. I then went on Facebook and found them. So I emailed that address thinking they might have changed it. Still no response, so I reached out on ******** ********* and still have not received a response. I paid $23.95 for the outfit and I really would like it. But honestly at this point I don’t want to give my business to a company that doesn’t value their customers.
