    I’m writing to share a frustrating and disappointing experience I had at this service station. I had an issue with the food I purchased. I ordered food, but the fries I received were very small and barely filled the container. Upon bringing it to the store manager's attention, she was unkind and disinterested. When I calmly asked the store manager if I could have a better batch, she didn’t try to help at all. Rather than resolving the problem or offering a solution, she argued with me, was rude, and seemed to think I was unreasonable for bringing it up. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. She made no effort to address my concerns. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have valid concerns handled professionally. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous, just fair treatment and a basic level of courtesy. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service here. What’s worse is that this is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this franchise. I’ve reached out to corporate to file previous complaints, only to feel like they were ignored or brushed aside. After speaking with corporate again regarding this most recent incident, it’s clear nothing has changed. No follow-up or no accountability. It feels like this franchise simply doesn’t care about its customers or take complaints seriously. I’m tired of being dismissed and disrespected. At this point, I’m questioning whether customer service means anything to this brand at all. It sends a strong message that customer concerns don’t matter and that unprofessional behavior is tolerated, if not outright ignored. I’m sharing this in hopes that someone within the company will finally take accountability and ensure this location is held to a higher standard. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this location in the future, and I hope management can steps to ensure customers are treated with more respect going forward.
