      They booted my car at my house, not apartment or street, my home. I ran outside in a towel from the shower. Even after I showed them my parking credentials, they still charged me $62 to unclamp it. They were extremely rude and when I asked to grab my phone from inside to take photos they told me no. I feel like this company took advantage of me for being a college female. I've heard they sometimes charge some folks $75 to unclamp their vehicles. I wish I could do more for this company to not get business or shut down.

      EXCEEDINGLY RUDE WAN AT FROMT DESK. My brother was in town for our step fathers passing & the last thing he’s looking at is a sign saying come get a parking pass. They towed him. We called & went by to tell them this unique situation & the old bat working with the stringy dark hair was unsympathetic at best and proceeds to pull out a photo of the policy and sign. Karma people. Karma.

      Video and Audio footage was pulled for review of this interaction. It revealed the male asking about his vehicle and the female started talking rather sarcastically. The male said he had a free hour or parking and the employee showed him a photo of the sign that states "RETAIL PARKING - Free 1 Hour parking. Must Visit Kiosk for ticket". The sign at the Kiosk Maching states "Pay for parking & display receipt on dashboard". Those are the rules of that property and we simply do what they ask us to do. The female then started videoing the employee when she did not tell her what she wanted to hear. The employee did not give her permission to be videoing her. The employee continued to get the male customer checked out. The employee opted not to engage any further as there was a younger person with the customers. Also it would not have helped the situation as they were clearly upset that the vehicle had been towed.

      Predatory company with unethical practices. I was towed as I went into the store to ask where the business parking was. I was gone for no more than 2 minutes and the tow truck was still on the lot with my vehicle. He chose to ignore us and drive off, making us chase him down the street. I'm sure he did that on purpose to claim the vehicle is actually fully towed. He agreed to drop it for a full towing fee.

      THESE PEOPLE PICKED MY CAR UP BECAUSE THE PEOPLE SAID IT WAS A SAFETY HAZARD WHEN IT CUT OFF AT THE LIGHT.. WHEN THEY HOOKED MY CAR UP MY CAR STARTED BUT THEY SAY THEY COULD NOT LET IT DOWN I HAVE TO COME TO THE OFFICE AND PAY 150 DOLLARS BEFORE THEY RELEASE MY CAR. ME AND MY 5 AND 7 YEAR OLD. HAD TO WALK TO THE NEAREST SERVICE STATION IN THE COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 STARS!!!!!!!!
