Barbara and Brenda with U.S Department of Agriculture email me requesting a quote for local moving and storage services. Barbara and Coworkers reached out to me repeatedly asking information regarding my moving services and pricing, When I asked Barbara are they getting multiple quotes she told me no they were not getting any additional quotes. Per our phone conversations, she manipulated me into thinking we had a verbal commitment to execute their move. On 5/16 I reached out to Barbara to follow up on a start date, only to find out Barbara told me I was an "Experimental Project. :"and told me if I wanted to "Bid" on the job I could go to Sam.gov and place a bid. Barbara, Coworkers and the U.S. Department of Agriculture manipulated me into doing all their leg work and using my moving knowledge to factor out the cost of their move. Only to tell me if I wanted the job I would have to bid on the job that I gave them the cost break down on.
