    I ordered a custom Saddle from them in April of 2022. I sent them pictures and they confirmed everything with me. I talk though fb with them on their fb page that sense has been deleted. I finally received our saddle I paid $1,950 for. Parts of the saddle are already pulling apart. Parts of the seat are stained. The glue is all over it. One side is completely different size then the other. I can move with my hand that should never move on any saddle. I attached a picture of a tan saddle, and that was what I ordered the shape of it. The tree, the shape of the skirt everything and what we got is nothing shaped like that at all. The quality of the leather is nothing of what they described. It is super low quality and would break very easily. It is a completely different saddle than the one I paid for. The quality and craftsmanship of this is so poorly done that it is unsafe to use. I was in contact with ** assuming the owner and she is not responding to me and like I said they have deleted their ******** which is primarily what we communicated on. I have called text emailed through their website and her personal ******** page and have got nothing. This was my daughters 14th birthday present last year she paid for half of it. I have since sold her old saddle, knowing that this one would be on the way, and we have nothing to use. Its the beginning of barrel racing season and I was sold a faulty, unsafe product. I am so beside myself, and so disappointed and now we have nowhere to go from here no money, no saddle nothing. I dont feel comfortable trying to sell it saying that is an unsafe product. I paid almost $2000 for a $500 at most. This Company is definitely a scam. the deleting ******** and not responding almost immediately after it got delivered is very suspicious. Its almost like she knew what she did, and is now ignoring the situation completely.
