    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Blizzard Entertainment regarding the unjust banning of my Overwatch account, which is registered under the email address ******************** My account was established in May 2023, and since then, I have invested over ***** hours in the game, always adhering strictly to the rules and guidelines set by Blizzard.On the morning of August 8, 2024, I discovered that my account had been banned for allegedly violating user norms. I am a dedicated and fair player who has never engaged in any form of misconduct, cheating, or behavior that would warrant such a penalty. This ban has caused me significant distress as it unjustly impacts my ability to enjoy a game I have spent considerable time and money on.I have contacted Blizzard Entertainment to request a thorough re-investigation of my account, but I have not received a satisfactory response or explanation. I believe that my account has been wrongfully flagged, and I am seeking the BBBs assistance in resolving this matter. I request that Blizzard be urged to provide a detailed explanation of the actions leading to this ban and to reinstate my account if it is determined that the ban was imposed in error.This situation has caused me both emotional and financial distress, and I believe that as a loyal customer, I deserve a fair review of my case. I trust that the BBB can help facilitate a resolution to this issue and ensure that Blizzard Entertainment treats its customers with fairness and transparency.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
