      I paid a $2,500 down payment on a 2014 **** explorer I was supposed to have a ****************************************************************************************** the morning on the 10th day, I had plans to go pay the monthly payment that morning but when I went outside to leave and go pay it my vehicle wasn't there, I called and they said I wouldn't be able to make the monthly payment to get the vehicle back that I would have to pay the full payoff amount which I don't understand considering it wasn't even the end of the 10 day grace ****** they supposedly give. I contacted them and asked about coming to get my belongings because I can't pay the full payoff amount if I could I would've done that to begin with. The woman I spoke with said they would be there until 5 for me to come get my belongings and I got there at 4:45 and no one was there I have messaged the owner and his wife on ******** trying to get someone up there so I could get my belongings and no response. I'm a single mother trying my best to get back on my feet and this vehicle was my transportation to and from work drs appointments ECT. I have $625 my childs car seat multiple cards and other belongings in the vehicle

      The car was repossessed on 4/3/24 for a first payment default, payment was due on 3/23/24. We also received notice of insurance cancellation effective 3/21/24 so, from 3/21/24-4/3/24 the car was being driven without insurance. As far as a 10 day ***** period there isn't one, once a car is repossessed we require the payoff. We're open 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday, I hate we had already closed when she came but she is welcome to get her belongings anytime during normal business hours.
