    If I could rate this business, a negative star- it would definitely be all negatives. I have never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in my life. This is clearly not a reputable company and will not honor their word or commitment to their clients. My daughter ordered a part for her *** X3 and was brought a bad motor. After paying Vines the complete total for the motor, they advised they would replace the motor and bring a 2nd one- which it has still not happened., Her motor had a warranty and was never replaced. Our entire family has called, left messages, and attempted to get this resolved and still has not had any progression on getting this resolved. They stole our money and refuse to refund or replace the bad motor. i'm looking into what criminal action can be pursued if this is not resolved. It's total theft if you don't deliver what a customer paid for and refuse to communicate to provide a refund. This is one of the worst companies /business that exist and they don't deserve to continue to do people like this. This is fraud, it's wrong, and absolutely not right. I would like the BBB to please review and notify Vines Automotive to return the money that was paid for the bad motor.
