      13 reasons to avoid this daycare
      1. My 2yo stayed sick even though they wore masks
      2. My 2yo was sent home because she *****d 3 times within 1 hr of being at school & had “********* *** ****** **** anymore after I picked her up
      3. Keshia, her teacher, just don’t like to change pull-ups & sent her home multiple times with a ***** ****** 
      4. 2yos came home with double pull-ups on more than 1x
      5. The executive director, J Matthews is nonchalant & disregarded or was in denial about most of the issues I brought to her attention
      6. Keshia did not complete daily responsibilities & cut corners
      7. This center is religious but they have a lack of transparency & I have caught Keshia in multiple lies regarding my 2yo
      8. Taquito, the preschool director never once commented or said anything about my issues not even a sorry to see you go which was expected as she has an attitude problem & don’t know how to talk to parents respectfully so it was probably best she keep her communication to a min
      9. My daughter would come home everyday w/ freezing hands like they been on ice. The center is too cold for them babies
      10. My 2yo was being hit by another 2yo & I addressed it w/ the teacher, she lied. I addressed it w/ the ex.director & she said it’s normal & all they can do is try to redirect them
      11. My 2yo came home w/ open wounds more than once I was never notified they were untreated/ uncovered & when I asked about it the teacher claimed she had no idea but it was impossible to miss. My 2yo told me it happened on the playground & has asked me for a bandaid everyday since it happened.
      12. After I made it known I was unhappy w/ the center withdrew was deleted from Procare a wk early & when I called they said it was a mistake she read the email wrong & never fixed it.
      13. First days my 2yo walked in w/ a smile excited not a tear ever after I withdrew her she was screaming & kicking at the door & I had to force her to go in the last days which was very alarming

      If there is one thing that’s good about the daycare it’s Briana M. She’s polite and you can tell that she cares. She even suggested a resolution that I considered but her mother, the ED mentioned nothing of it.
