      I took my vehicle to the company on November 20, 2023 because my front driver's side tire was flat it had no air pressure. I explained to the service person that I had put air in the tire the night before and it had gone flat the next morning. After several tries of spraying water on the tire the service person could not find a leak. Finally, the service Person saw a bubble. I was informed that the tire needed a patch and it would cost me $36.00.. A little later on I was informed that the leak might be too close to the edge of the tire. *** service person consulted with the tire technician to determine if indeed a patch could be done. I was informed that the hole could be patched. After the hole was patched, the vehicle was driven by their driver from their bay to a parking space on their lot, a distance of about 200 feet or so. When I was informed that they had finished, I paid the $36.00 and drove home a distance of about 0.8 miles. *** afternoon of 11/20/2023 my wife was backing out of the driveway and noticed that the air pressure light was on. She immediately took it back to the company and explained re the air pressure light. All tires on the vehicle were checked. On 11/21/2023 when we were leaving the house we noticed that the tire that was patched was going flat. We headed back to company. We explained our previous contacts with the company. After several attempts trying to locate a leak, they could not. ***n the tire technician was contacted, he took the vehicle to his working area along with the manager. After a while we were informed that we needed a new tire and there were two holes in the tire. I asked about the holes we were informed that both holes were on the inside of the tire. I was shown the second hole and I informed them that looks exactly where the hole was when I first brought the vehicle in. I was informed that something was picked up after I left their shop. I stated it could have been picked up at their shop. Invoice no. 03016-1908
