    Precision Services: A Rip-Off Experience with *****, the Owner I had the misfortune of contacting Precision Services on a Saturday due to an urgent sewer issue. I needed to address the problem immediately to avoid missing work on Monday. While they responded promptly and were upfront about their $150 after-hours service call, thats where the professionalism ended.Under the impression they were coming to pump my septic tank, I was shocked when Shawns very young son arrived in a regular pickup truck. He spent no more than 1015 minutes crawling under my house, called his dad for instructions, and then informed me theyd need to return to cut a cleanout, run a camera, and charge me $1,400just for that. This price didnt even include locating or pumping my septic tank.Before leaving, Shawns son insisted I pay the $150 service fee immediately, which I reluctantly did. To add insult to injury, ***** personally called me after I sent a professional yet ***** voicemail about my dissatisfaction but failed to follow through on his promise to contact the ********************************** for me. I ended up calling them myself the next day and got the necessary information without his help.Thankfully, I found another company who came out the next day and completed the same task for just $375. They confirmed what I already suspected: Precision Services is notorious for ripping people off.The other companys comment summed it up perfectly: They overcharge customersthats how they afford those $80k trucks. Shawns management of this family business is manipulative and completely unprofessional. They were quick to cash my check despite doing absolutely nothing to solve my ********** yourself the hassle, frustration, and money. Precision Services is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs.
