      Northstar Ambulance was sent to transport my husband and me after an automobile accident.
      Just before I was placed in the ambulance I felt to be sure my glasses were intact and on my face.
      The man who was taking care of me during transport was obnoxious and during his evaluation he removed my glasses to test my pupils response. He DID NOT put them back on me nor did he give them to me or staff at the hospital.
      We have attempted to reach out to Northstar NUMEROUS TIMES but get no call back. When we finally did reach a staff person and ask if they had Lost and Found Dept and asked about glasses, this person IMMEDIATELY said, 'NO, WE DON'T HAVE ANY GLASSES!
      So, Northstar Staff lost my glasses and I am liable for replacement at $*00.00.
      WE WILL NEVER USE NORTHSTAR AGAIN!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED!
      They do not follow up with you to see if you have concerns or questions.
      THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!
