    Management is very unprofessional. **** the leasing agent will give you the run around the, district manager is rude unprofessional.. they don't care about the residents. This place is horrible. They need to be shut down and everyone need their money back.

    They are trying to make people pay money even though they have already moved out and their living conditions are unlivable and they are terribly disorganized

    I went by to view an apartment on 06/28. My info was put into the system and I was told to bring back a $200 money order for them to process the app. I returned a couple of days later with two separate money orders totaling $200. My app was put thru and I was approved, but with a deposit. I was Told the deposit was to be paid in 24 hrs. I explained That Im paid monthly and wouldnt have the deposit in 24 hrs. I told Them I was comfortable paying the $50 app fee, but not the $150 admin fee because I wouldnt have the deposit in the timeframe needed. I was Then told by the leasing agent to pay the admin fee and she would push my deposit out. She told me to follow up with her the following Monday. I did, but didnt get an answer. I assumed because it was a day before a holiday (4th of July). I called Wednesday and was placed on indefinite hold. On Thursday I physically went to the building and was told that they couldnt push my deposit out until I got paid again. I was then told it could take up to 30 days to receive a refund for the admin fee. I was upset because I literally told them I was hesitant to pay the $150, but was assured it was ok. After reading the reviews on ******* I saw where several people had issues in regards to refunds and it exceeded 30 days. I feel as though they are purposely deceiving people in an attempt to get money. I contacted the company thats owns the property and they said I had to deal with the property itself. This has been a major inconvenience and has left a poor image of the company for me.
