    I would give a negative rating if I could! I served my 5 year stint and barely survived this place. The first hard rain our apartment flooded and then 18 more times even with the sand bags that I had to purchase to put on my porch. They did nothing. I never had working lights in the kitchen, a dishwasher or numerous other things. How did I not start with The Mutant Ninja Roaches!!! Unkillable ... They would spray to make them grow I think, I didn't start killing them until I started spraying!The sewage backed up in our toilets and bathtub six times and they used our power plug to run their pump to correct it for over 12 hours each time. Upstairs apartments flooded into ours. The pool was never opened in the five years. My car was vandalized and broken into twice. Numerous shootings that penetrated our walls. But, the final straw was the carbon monoxide poisoning that the gas company detected that their alarm was not signaling and when I told the new office manager, "It sounds like a personal problem, maybe you should move" was her response. I've been having seizures and migraines and on oxygen and thought it was all long haul covid and the gas company told me I'm lucky to be alive. I will live out of a car, on the street or in a hotel before I would ever give them a dime for a roof over my head again!
