    The company in question is operating under a secondary name attached to the venue Woodrow Hall with no tax history. The contract submitted had alot of errors that at first glance appear to be copy and paste issues. However the company intentionally makes date and pay ambiguous for the purposes of securing a verbal agreement without updating the contract. They charm and finesse the customer into believing their services are secure and in the final hour cancel and say the funds; usually in excess of 2k are non refundable. They also have been proven to double book their services when establishing payment arrangements with no intent to follow through on the client with payment arrangements and float the business to the higher paying client. All of this after a contract has been secured, they also refuse to all you to sign the contract which is weird but it allows the the ability to make changes that the client will hopefully not notice. These are classic bad faith actors and there website has a spyware/Trojan that will auto fill your credit card info when you check their prices, check invoices etc. They try to assure you it's an error and that no payment info is saved but several unauthorized charges later I beg the differ. The even beg that you not report the error and agree to refund the money but it is never received. They prolong the process so it makes it difficult to dispute it with a financial institution because it's not done immediately. Im sure this doesn't work for everyone but I can only imagine those that have trusted them and lost funds under the guise of a contract that wasn't valid in the first place.

    Please provide proof or documentation, name of person(s) whose services were contracted through us because we have never done business with said person listed on the complaint.
