    On August 8th, 2022 I paid $*** to ****** ****** "CEO" of Glow Up Body and Beauty for body contouring of the abdomen. I was told that I would lose inches in my abdomen with these sessions. After 4 of 8 sessions, I gained an inch in my abdomen. I am requesting a full refund of $*** because ****** was very unprofessional and I did not get the results I was told I would. She was late every time. The first time was only by 10 minutes. The 2nd time was 45 minutes late. The 3rd session, she no call no showed and I waited on her for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The 4th session, I ended up having to bring my kids. She said it was fine because she brings hers. She wasn't late this time but her preteen sister pushed my 4 year old down the stairs on purpose. ****** then proceeded to call my son a liar and a sociopath. Needless to say, we did not come back. I have requested a refund of $*** because I should not have to pay to gain inches in my belly. I also should not have to pay $*** to have my children harassed. ****** has refused refunding me and blocked my contact with her.
