    International trade procurement, signed a contract on June 4th, informed that the payment account was under annual review by the bank, used on June 24th: ***************, a supplier company, signed a contract, paid a 50% advance payment of $3059.28, transportation fee of $591, informed that the goods would be delivered to the designated warehouse by July 11th at the latest, and then delayed to their warehouse by July 14th. Today, ******** did not reply on July 16th, and all contract chat records and payment records were saved. We now request that this company has engaged in international trade fraud and must refund our company the full amount of the goods through the original payment method. We need any chat records and contract payments to be provided. Thank you ***********************************

    I placed an order for 2350 .That has been pick up on the 06/10/2025. Wich as of right now never been delivered and they stop answering since last Friday. I wich I came here to look at the reviews. They're not a real business because the way of payment are asking other single ppl favor to receive zelle payment for them. I have been sick i wasn't able to complete the payment and they provide me this info. Until yesterday i tried to call the number on the receipt the guy was crying shaking he didn't about that . Im not the first ****** that calls him about money please don't call the cops on him. They're just professional scammer Once they take your money no longer answering the calls. I have been talking since March 2025 now June I finally placed the order they disappeared. All started when I start to ask for my full payment detail and the manifest of the load and the driver info. They claim it was Friday night it's weekend they couldn't contact the company as of right now no info. No manifest. Just lost 2350. Please ppl do a better research because this ones has everything every paper works but do not engage in business with them

    Date of the transaction: 05/12/2024 Reason: Seller engages in fraudulent sales practices, inducing orders.I ordered three pallets of ****** coffee from the seller, confirming multiple times that they would provide free delivery. However, after the shipment, I received a notification from the shipping company requesting payment. I immediately contacted the seller to inquire about this, and they responded that it was a mistake by one of the employee, **** and that they would not provide free delivery, asking us to bear the shipping costs. Our payment was $5940, but the shipping cost was over $4000, and this was not communicated to us beforehand. In the end, we refused to accept the delivery, but the seller is insisting that we bear the return costs for the canceled order. We believe this is the seller's fault, and they should bear the return costs. We demand that the seller refund the full $5940 to us.
