We are from N. AL, and were visiting in ********** when the motorcycle that we were traveling on would not crank. We had stopped in at Busa Bikes to get a tire and rim installed on our bike a few days earlier, so we decided to have the bike towed one block to Busa Bikes on Friday, August 18th. We were told the following week that the motorcycle needed a new wiring harness. After 2 weeks of staying in a hotel with no transportation, we reluctantly had a ride come pick us up, and went back to North Alabama without our bike. I have mechanical experience and am completely aware that it should not have taken two weeks to replace a wiring harness. But I gave the benefit of the doubt to the mechanic who explained they had to order a new wiring harness, and he had other bikes ahead of mine to be worked on. After repeatedly calling to no answer, I was finally able to speak to the mechanic the end of September who told me that my timing chain is stretched. For starters, the wiring harness has nothing to do with a timing chain. Secondly, a timing chain does NOT stretch. When I started to speak on this with the mechanic, and he realized I was knowledgeable, he began to get an attitude with me and told me that I needed to get a new timing chain that I didn't know what I was talking about. I have tried to get in contact with them again almost everyday. They must screen their phone calls because they are not answering mine at all. Having told them that I am not financially well off, and them knowing that I live out of town, I am scared that this company is trying to run my bill up so high that I cannot afford it. Therefore, they will put a lien on my title to my bike, and if I cannot pay the bill that I feel like is illegally being hiked up, then they will receive ownership of my motorcycle. I did not read reviews on this company until after they were not answering my phone calls. It seems that customer service and shady business is a recurring problem with this company.
