    I went online and purchased a line to add my phone to my phone was not compatible so I called the next day to cancel the line and received an email a week later they sent a Sim card out after me calling and having the line canceled and refunded only to call back two weeks later to find out the line was not canceled and you were not refunded and then they told me the only way that I wouldnt be refunded is if it was for a Sim kit and despite having my receipt in my email, showing that the kit was zero dollars that I would not be refunded after being told I would be refunded prior. I would never do business with them and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with them.

    im gonna keep this short.. i spent around the 11 dollar range on a eligible upgrade that was offered at a discounted price . that was advertised n my boost mobile acct, well i wonder why i didn't get a receipt or order number when placing the order right away, well that's because risk management cancelled my order through boost mobile and failed to tell me for days. i kept calling into boost mobile and all the reps acted like they had no clue where my money went. i got transferred to retention department boy didn't they give me a free month of service so they recognized they were wrong. 1 more day im gonna file with the bbb I get it they helped me but that don't allow them to hold my hard earned money from me. this is a long story short.

    Be careful Boost took 6 payments out for one month. Now I have to wait ten days before they will even mail me a check. Why a check you automatically withdrew it from my account. Why not just put it back the same way you stole it. RUN FROM BOOST best decision you will ever make.

    Terrible company! I ordered a phone and a month's service off THEIR website. They couldn't activate the phone because they claimed they needed a PIN# which I was never given or set up. I canceled the service and returned the phone, out of my pocket. They refunded the phone price bit refused to refund my money for the service because I didn't have the PIN# they were determined I had to have! And, because I canceled the service, they couldn't help me.. I have their confirmation number for the order and payment, but they refused to give me my refund. Don't buy anything from this company! You will have to fight to get your money back when they can't activate their own phone!
