  This company has cost me a lot of bad check fees and time and grief because they left off 4 numbers at the bottom of my checks that indicated the bank code number that the checks should have been drawn from. The checks were worthless and couldn't be cashed without that bank number! I will never order from them again!!! What I mess I have had finding out what was wrong and correcting the mess. I have been charged bad check fees for many of these checks!!!

  I apologize that you are not satisfied with your recent order. I see that you placed the order online, and the account number was printed as it was entered during the ordering process. While our system does verify that the length of the account number is within the correct range for the selected financial institution, we do not have your account number on file to be able to verify that you entered the correct account number. In most cases, the bank code you referred to is considered part of the account number. Your financial institution has account numbers that range in length, and unfortunately the number you entered during the ordering process matched one of those lengths. As a courtesy, I've issued a full refund for the order and it will appear in your account within the next several business days.

  If the "handling fee" appeared on my order I missed it. If I had seen it (if it was there) I would not have ordered. A $***** "handling fee" in addition to shipping charge on a $***** order? The "handling fee" is nearly as much as the checks.

  Good afternoon, The additional fee you mentioned is the shipping and handling fee associated with the extra register that was added to the order, and it should have appeared as part of your subtotal before you submitted your order.   I ordered 2 boxes of checks and I got 2 books of checks for $**—— I called but got the major run around. Don’t order from these people— it feels off to me. Supposedly they have an A+ but I’m doubting and a little worried about my information.

  The checks look and feel very cheap quality, I was very surprised that each packet only held 34 checks, I thought I was supposed to get 150 per packet? 136 checks for $**. is a bit high!!! I do wish I had went to another site to order. I hope I can use these, my bank address is not on these checks.
