    This *** is unprofessional and untrustworthy. I asked for a quote from EZ Concrete for a 20x10 concrete pad after discussing the specifics I required. I approved the quote provided by ***********************, which required a 50% deposit ($1,250). I didnt like paying but had to, to get the job scheduled. ***** scheduled the job for 8/9 and I took off work. The crew arrived w/o proper tools and didnt know what they were doing. The concrete arrived, it was the wrong concrete. I called *****, he came out and told me he didnt know the workers were inexperienced and the wrong concrete was delivered (the concrete *** showed me the order and he ordered the wrong concrete). Later that day, ***** returned to my home to continue digging the area for the pad. He said they would be back Monday to finish the job. On Sunday, I measured the area to ensure it was deep enough. It wasnt. I texted ***** to let him know more needed to be dug out before the concrete arrived so he could arrive at the proper time Monday. He didnt respond until Monday after I had taken another day off work, advising he wouldnt be able to get back until next week or week after, as he had to work other jobs to make up for the $ he lost paying the workers (they were only there for 3 hours) and for the wrong concrete ($580). I called several times to advise the time frame was unacceptable. He wouldnt answer. I finally reached him and the exchange became heated. He texted he had bigger fish to fry and I was crying over such a small job. Errons attitude indicated he knew exactly what he was doing and planned on taking $ for a cheaper product than what was agreed upon and he got caught. He didnt count on me knowing how a concrete pad should be poured. If I wasnt home that day, the pad would have been poured with the wrong concrete, at the improper depth. I would have been stuck paying to have that removed and having another contractor come out and do the job right as EZ Concrete does not warranty their work.
