1 starI have had a terrible experience with DEC fire and Water Restoration. They came in my home and destroyed my kitchen and left me without a kitchen for about 5 months. They busted my pipes in the kitchen and stole the pipes and left me with the bill and they broke my glass stove while taking my cabinets apart. No one told them to demolish all my cabinets just to get to a small rusted pipe behind the wall for the plumber to fix. They could have opened the wall under the sink but they came in and tore my kitchen up and my whole family suffered from it. They left the sick off and we had to use bathroom water and I have 8 girls living in this home with no kitchen sink. They wanted me to send them half of over 7000 to fix the kitchen and when i did send them$3880 to start fixing it they took the money and didn't come and do the work for me leaving me and my family still stuck with no kitchen. I have suffered from this and they hung up on me when trying to reach them and I've explained to them that this is wrong but they still didn't refund the $3880 I sent them for not fixing the mess they madeReview fromJen K

I had a backup into my home late on a weekend. DEC was quick to arrive and get cleaned up. They worked with my insurance and *** was helpful through the construction process. My new hardwoods and bathroom turned out beautiful.
