    Flex has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! When I first signed up with them a couple months ago, everything appeared to work fine but all of a sudden 5 DAYS AFTER MY RENT WAS DUE, I was told there was an error and subsequently my rent was not paid. I was charged a late fee by my apartment because of it but I chucked it up as a mistake and let it go. However, I am attempting to register with them again but now I can't log into my rental property through their app but I can login just fine on the rental portal website which clearly shows there is something wrong on their end. I have been emailing with their customer service agents for over 2 weeks now. I have been asked for the same screenshot of the error message 3 times and instead of transferring it over to IT, right after I send the screenshot, they transfer me TO ANOTHER AGENT that starts the process all over again. They are very unprofessional and an agent even asked for my pin and when asked for clarification about it, I was transferred to a different agent again!!! At this point, it's quite obvious their business appears to be fraudulent and/or operates under deceptive practices.

    Flex does not rent property of any kind. We are a variable data printing, mailing, web dev, marketing company. ****************** is not a customer of **********************. He has confused us with another company.

We are https;//Flexdigital.com This review is posted to the wrong BBB profile. We (Flex) have had no interactions with this individual.
