    On August 29, 2023 I used their service to provide divorce papers. On September 28th, I was charged about $50 for a subscription service that was in their agreement. When I attempted to cancel the service on their website, there is no way to cancel the service, nor is there a way to file a support ticket. The website has two phone numbers listed. One is disconnected and the other refers you to email them. I sent them an email on September 28th politely requesting they cancel any further recurring payments. I got no response from the business, and decided to write another email on October 18th. In this email, I again requested for them to cease any further charges and to withdraw me from any subscriptions or point me to how to cancel them on their website. Still, I get no response, and am charged another $25 on October 27th.This business refuses to communicate with me and continues to charge me for a subscription that I do not wish to have, and have made it clear to them through the only means on contacting them.If you would like a copy of the emails I sent, I will gladly forward them.

    I paid for services with this company on March 18, 2023. The initial amount paid was $163, and there has been $24.95 charged to my debit card monthly for ***** through July. I have emailed them number plus times because they no longer provide phone service despite their website claiming that customer service is available by phone or email. They never provided me with working documents that I needed for an uncontested divorce. I got most of the forms but there were a couple that would not open. In one of the emails, dated May 9, I was told there was a tech issue and that I would hear back when it was fixed. That was the last correspondence received from my caseworker. *** sent numerous emails since and had to use another source to get the documents that I needed prepared. They wont respond to emails and I have not been able to log into this account for a couple of months now. I paid and continue to pay, but they are still yet to provide the documents that I paid them for. I would like for the charges to stop and for a full refund of the money Ive paid them.

    I filed 1/8/23 for a divorce on mydivorcepaper.com. I have since sent them several emails and have tried to call numerous times. The phone message says that the phone number has been temporarily disconnected and no one has messaged me back. They said they were a +A BBB company but I don't know if they are legit.

    On 12/16/22 I used my MC to pay mydivorcepapers.com in the amount of $299 for their ********* Services" to help my brother facilitate his divorce by utilizing their advertised services. The business committed to (as posted on their website; see attachments) once their website questions were answered, the state approved forms would be completed for him, and that, with the platinum service, the respondent would be served by legal jurisdiction in their area. Also, a "case worker" was assigned, supposedly, to his case. After 24 hours my brother tried contacting them via the number listed on their website **************, which is a non functioning number (you can try it right now). He also sent numerous emails to [email protected] (also listed as P.O.C. on their website) with no response. As the paying party I tried contacting mydivorcepapers.com myself via phone call (unsuccessful, non functioning number) and via email on 12/20/22. At no time has this company responded to any of our attempts to resolve this, nor has the company completed any of what they promised (all forms were blank and not filled out nor was there any correspondence from the company requesting further info). After researching them via online reviews you can see that this is common occurrence "business practice" of theirs to "take the money and run". I have now filed a contested charge with my credit card company as well as have filed a complaint with the ***** state Attorney General for fraud.My transaction ID is ***********, upgrade for platinum service: $299

    MyDivorcePapers.com offered divorce papers to be filled by them for $139, on 10/19/2022 I paid for this service and was told to wait **** business days for all papers to be completed. After that time frame they still had not completed my paperwork. I called their customer support line and the number is not in service, I emailed my caseworker multiple times, no response. I went online to my account to put in a service ticket, and that link was invalid. Now on 11/25 they charged me ***** for a monthly fee after I only purchased the one time paperwork completed fee. I tried to delete my card info on their site and theres no options to remove my credit card info or delete my account. And they still have yet to complete my paperwork. This company is bogus but stealing peoples money!!!!

    Attempted to file a divorce using their company was charged and no services were preformed. Called and there phone number was disconnected, emailed multiple times with no response. Months later was recharged by the company and had not given them permission to charge my card again . Had not authorized the most recent charges.
