    Paid for 6 hours behind wheel.for my son Jan 8th. They took the money that day. (His test was Feb 28th). I recvd an e mail they da they would be contacting me or sending an e mail to schedule. I waited until end of Jan. **** e mailed them, no response, I called 2 times, left messages on VM, no response. I finally went to their FB page and posted they were scammers. **** I received a message on messenger and was given info for access to the "portal" tonscheduke the ******s and they could only schedule 2 before his test. 1st ****** they canx. Because of sickness, 3 hours before the ******, 2nd ****** they canx. Because of illness. When I tried to re schedule they stated they were too busy it would be a month before they could reschedule. I was and still am blocked from their FB page. I called my CC company and filed dispute. All N 1 stated they cpuld canx. For illness because it was in the contract and I had a year to be able tonuse the 3 ******s. I was denied the chargeback. I scheduled 2 of the 3 ******s sice I lost the chatgeback. 1st ****** the instructor called and was going to be 1 1/2 hours late because they only give him 1/2 between ******s and he was way in another town. 2nd appt. he canx. because of weather. I wrote my bank and asked for appeal. Finally today 5/6/24, 4 months later **** sided with me and I received a full refund. Horrible company.

    Unprofessional scammers looking to get over on people. Instructor was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and disrespectful. The car is dirty. Instructor was on the phone and vaping during ******* Car smells like smoke. Took me to a parking lot on a hill with cracked gravel. Made rude remarks such as he was worried about his safety while we were the parking lot. Told me if my breaking in the parking lot was shaky again he would end the ****** early. Said we wouldnt leave the parking lot the first ******s then had me get on the road just to have his hand on the wheel the entire time. Please give your money somewhere to actual professionals. Its hard to get your money back if at all.
