      I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding the Railroad Program under the direction of **** ********. My experience has led me to believe that there are significant issues within this program that warrant immediate attention.Firstly, I have serious concerns about the ethical practices within the organization, particularly regarding the handling of insurance claims. It appears that there may be fraudulent activities thru **** ******** taking place that benefit certain individuals at the expense of patients seeking genuine help. I am currently in the process of reporting these concerns to the ****************************, as I believe an investigation is necessary.Additionally, the success rate of the professional program seems alarmingly low, with many patients cycling in and out without achieving lasting recovery. The lack of structure and discipline in both the extended and inpatient programs is evident, and with only a handful of counselors managing a large number of patients, it is clear that the quality of care is compromised.Furthermore, I have noticed discrepancies between the amenities advertised on the website and what is actually provided. This misrepresentation is misleading and undermines the trust that patients place in the facility.I urge the Bradford Corporation to take these concerns seriously and intervene promptly. If these issues are not addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaints to the Better Business Bureau and other regulatory ********* is crucial that organizations like Cornerstone of Recovery prioritize the well-being of their patients and operate with integrity. I hope that my feedback can contribute to meaningful changes within the program.

      My wife has addiction problems, we admitted her to Bradford supposedly to help get her off of drugs, around October the 20th 2023 she was admitted and was supposed to be helping her get clean and rehabilitated. She was released on November the 18th, they had detoxed her had her go to all these classes and stuff and they changed her medicine. She told them when she changed her medicine, she was falling down couldn't walk and couldn't talk correctly they didn't change anything just telling her that she would get better. When I picked her up on November the 18th we were supposed to go to a early Thanksgiving family get-together. We could not go because she couldn't walk or talk and she was out of her mind. So then we made an appointment with our local physician and took her the medication that Bradford had prescribed and sent to ******* for us to pick up, which she said immediately she was not putting ********* on and she changed *********'s medicine from what Bradford had prescribed and now she has a new person she's normal clean can talk can walk. Bradford also tells everybody that relapse happens in about 80 to 90% of the people. This is a cop out to give everybody an opportunity to relapse and think it's okay and come back and get more help which only gives Bradford more money. Now after this we have been trying to get all the medical records released and things turned over to ******** short-term disability and to her company, for over 3 weeks now. They say their systems both computer and phone are messed up and try to blame it on that. I have called the corporate office to talk to medical records I can never get in touch with any live person I just get a voicemail to which I never get a return call. I do not and will not ever recommend anybody going to Bradford for anything. This is pathetic when I company this large cannot get their act together to get simple records turned over and processed to the right people. Talking to many people about this with no help !!!
