I would strongly advise anyone wanting to help their loved one to avoid Expect a Miracle. It is not by any means a professionally run facility. Despite ****** ********** personal assurance that my deposit money would be returned if my friend did not enter the program. He kept the money even after telling me if would be refunded and providing zero services of any kind to my friend. Then he passed me of to his "secretary" who said my refund would have to be approved by their board of directors, despite Mr ********** being listed as the executive director. After following up with numerous emails as to the status of my refunds they have stopped answering their calls, texts, and emails. These people are supposed to be responsible and showing others how to live responsibly? After seeing other people have similar experience in these reviews its apparent these people are only out to make a fast dollar with no interest in truly helping people trying to recover from drugs and alcohol . Their non profit status needs to be revoked. I would encourage anyone who has been scammed by these people to contact local law enforcement, the ************ and the Alabama Sec of State. If you have been victimized by these people reach out to me as I am pressing legal authorities to investigate and hopefully shut down this scam. Their Better Business Bureau is an F! Please ask yourself before doing any business with ****** why they don;t have a website? why they have an F from the Better Business Bureau,?and why they have so many terrible reviews,! They are afraid to even post who their board of directors is. it does not take effort for a viable rehabilitation to do these things yet they don't Expect a Miracle should change their name to expect a scam , because that is what they hard.
